Tobacco Bans.

I am a non-smoker. Is it just me or is the world going mad? There are places such as Westminster Massachussets wanting to ban tobacco as others are opening up to legalising cannabis. The W.H.O. has reported that cannabis is seven times more carcinogenic than tobacco!
