This lack of discrimination is typical of the incompetence justified by so many recent administrations.Sorry, but I do not want my taxes going into the coffers of corrupt and incompetent governments nor to nations with nuclear weapons or space programmes.Convince me that the cash is genuinely helping the destitute and hopeless and I am perfectly happy to see our contributions increase!
