Yer 'ard man is threatening to stand up to the judges of the ECHR on the matter of votes for jailbirds.
In the most unlikely event that he is not pointing even more bluster in our direction - how on earth could he possibly do this?
You either are signed up to the ever ridiculous ECHR - or you are not.
It reminds us of that old William Hague 'chestnut' about being 'In the EU but not of it.'
