For 'Pressure' - Read 'UKIP Is Mounting Pressure'.

Senior Labour ranks are considering an in/out referendum on the European Union, it emerged yesterday.
Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls admitted the public could have their say on whether Britain should continue its membership of the crisis-hit EU in the years to come.
Pressure is mounting on both the Conservative and Labour leaderships to pledge a referendum at the next general election.
Should this referendum take place, as sure as eggs is eggs they will attempt to skew the result with massive propaganda campaigns, disproportionate amounts of money thrown into the 'Yes' vote, amicable unity on a shared platform between the LibLabConGreens and an almost certain refusal to accept a 'No' vote à la Irlande.
The europhiles lied and cheated last time - they will do it again. A majority supports withdrawal but the 'Yes' vote would probably win because of the aforementioned.
A win is possible but unlikely. We will be terrified into voting 'Yes'. Only when we elect a UKIP government will withdrawal be guaranteed.
If there were a 'Yes' vote - UKIP support would rocket as many disillusioned voters would, this time, see through the dishonesty of the process.
Indeed, a 'Yes' vote could feasibly be the catalyst which might ultimately catapult UKIP towards power.
