Cabinet Split?

Cabinet crisis for PM as ministers favour leaving EU.

As Cameron arrives in US for free trade talks, Gove and Hammond say they would vote for separation. The Guardian.

MITK tells me that there at least 7 more claiming this in the Cabinet. But with the tories and the EU and their history of so much duplicity - who can know for sure?
