I suspect that the 'global warmers' will not have had a particularly good winter. The propaganda battle has not gone well.The public has found out that global temperatures have actually dropped over the last ten years; there has been snow in Vegas (!); we had an extended cold snap in December; snow at the end of October and now, the worst weather conditions for 18 years!
Oh no! What if the ovine public were to actually think about all of this?
Well. Phew. They are probably safe - education has done its worst to remove all evidence of true thought over the last 30+ years - most people will not even have spotted the massive contradictions!
Wait til they wheel out the next expert to talk about this. I can hear them now: "Ah well. You see, these weather conditions actually fit the pattern."
