More posturing.

If you are in your thirties or younger - you could easily fall for this pap.
It ain't gonna happen! The tories have done this kind of posturing on law and order in every election I remember as far back as 1964.
They are also talking about ridding us of the criminally mislabelled Human Rights Act and replacing it with a Bill of Rights. I seriously doubt that this can or even could happen. We are fully signed up to the EU, The Council of Ministers and the European Courts system (all inextricably interlinked whatever rubbish europhiles tell us to the contrary!)
Our european commitments will not allow this to occur.
