Female Genital Mutilation.

This abhorrent practice is common IN THIS COUNTRY. There is a culture of fear amongst all of the women of African origins who are subjected to this barbarity. It is endemic in the Somali community.
It appears to be supported, or at the very least, is tolerated in the Islamic Hadith.

"At least one London council declined to publish material highlighting the suffering and danger the practice causes - for fear of offending ethnic African residents." I wonder what the political makeup of this council is - and why is it not 'named & shamed'?
