You would think that flooding began for the very first time, in summer 2007 from the way that the media, politicians and bandwagon scientists present it as novel, unprecedented and in some way, irrevocably linked to 'global warming'.
In 1960 much greater flooding took place throughout the country AND they had floods in both the October and the December.
