I wonder how much jail time you should get for kidnapping somebody, brutally torturing her for 13 hours and making her lick up her own blood from the floor? She will be traumatised for the rest of her life.I think that 15 to 18 years for the lesser of the two offenders and a full 20 would be apropriate for the greater. In the sick society in which we live, one received 40 months and the other four years which means that in less than TWO years, this evil pair will be back on the streets.

In any other area this would be called sexism.
