Labour has doubled health spending to £100 billion pounds annually. This has been so ineffectively spent, that our health system is plummeting behind those of more efficient W. European countries, namely: France, Germany and, new kid on the block, the Netherlands.Our system is sinking under the weight of massive bureaucracy and absurd 'targets'.
